3 days and i am religiously logging into spark. Adding my nutrition and exercise routine. Today i could not go to gym, but I went for walk in park and played football with my kid.
I think keep moving should be my mantra and my goal for next 21ays. Dont seat at one place for more than 30 mins. So here goes my laptop games, bye bye dearies you have really helped me putting on that weight. You know my hubby will be terrifically happy about my this resolution. He hates it when i play my hidden object game or murder mistry games on laptop. I tend to play it for hours together and sulk if interrupted.
So please help me in achieving this goal.
i also wanted to share with you all that I have started to get less angry now a days. Sore muscles might be the solution to my anger. Yes I was terrible to live with for some time,
looking after 2 active toddlers and not working are grate frustrating and stress producers. I left my high paying job to look after my kids. I dont regret it,But some days are there when everything looks gloomy, non productive. But that is for another day story.
Today I am keeping in fact I am challenging my self with this goal
" DO NOT SEAT AT ANY PLACE FOR MORE THAN 30 MIN."
