After reading some articles on walking and losing weight walking. I have decided that I am going to try really hard to walk everyday. Whether it is one mile or more or inside or outside treadmill or in home walking dvd...I have decided that as long as I do some type of walking everyday...that I will be able to walk for longer periods of time and eventually hopefully be able to run more than walk...but even if that doesn't happen I know that walking every day is very beneficial to my well-being and to staying fit.
I am a little nervous of posting a blog about this, but I figured it was best to make my self accountable for it.
So, far this week...I walked Monday through Friday...not taking a break once!!! So, for that I am very proud of myself.
My goal this week is to try to walk at least 1 mile a day up until Wed March 30 (Kiwi Weigh in day). I also want to try to eat low calorie for the rest of the week as well to see how much of a difference it will make. I woke up this morning and weighed myself and it was lower than it has been in months and I was so happy that I thought that if I can eat a certain amount of calories and continue to walk each day that that number on the scale should go down more consistently...
So, here is to Walking Everyday and eating low calorie meals Everyday!!!!
