OMG OMG OMG!!!! I just weighed in sneakily at work and I have done it! I have hit my first weight loss goal of losing 10 lbs! I can't believe it! I've never lost weight...let alone lost 10 lbs in only 4 weeks. All it takes is some hard work, consistency in tracking everything and some amazing support from friends and family.
I feel better than I have ever felt and I thank all of you amazing and wonderful people for helping me get here. I feel like I just wrote the blog about how I have to lose 100 lbs.
