Old habits are HARD to break even after you have overcame them. Although I have lost almost 100 pounds, I still can't let my guard down. The past couple months slowly but, surely I have found myself slipping back into OLD habits. Unlike times past, this time, I see the writing on the wall and I know I have to run the other direction. It is so hard in today's society to live a healthy lifestyle. That is the reason it is so important to surround yourself with positive people with like minded goals. I will keep my mind on the prize! As I encourage myself, I encourage everyone out there to keep moving forward. Even if you have taken 10 steps backward...go ahead TODAY, take one step forward!!
