Having a BAD BAD Day

Must be getting close to my 'time of the month' because I am super sensitive today! I am upset about everything, crying and jus all around having a crappy day. I know I should exercise and make things better, but I just can't. Panic attack earlier and just not getting up unless I have to. I know it will pass. it always does. Just want it to hurry!

    Sometimes it's ok to give yourself permission to have a crying jag. Just go on and cry. Doesn't even matter whether you know what you're crying about or not. Just let it out. Take a page from a toddler's playbook: cry yourself to sleep. Tears can be so cleansing--and you end up feeling refreshed afterwards.

    *Hugs* I hope you feel better soon! Maybe make a plan to wake up and exercise tomorrow to get some of those good endorphins going. Plus, maybe the planning will make you feel better! I don't like that TOM either, it wreaks havoc with the hormonal stuff, but the good news is that it will be over! Hang in there, let me know if you need anything!

    I understand. Some months are like that for me. My approach is a little different this time around. Even though I may have a bad day I still try to think of the positives.     I had 3 days of: emotional, felt like doing nothing, crabass, melt down over a clogged toilet, just want it to pass mood last week.
