Yesterday I had under 1600 calories for the whole day!
I stopped eating after dinner, well I had one or two mint candies, but then I didn't have anything after that...and that was a little before 9pm.
I did my workout yesterday and today I did the same!
For breakfast, I was in the mood (yesterday) for waffles, so I made my low cal nutri wheat waffles and I put cinnamon, lite syrup and 1 cup of sliced strawberries on it and it was delish!
I did the same breakfast today...and it was under 400 calories..I ended up going back to the hot chocolate...just once a day..and I put a little bit of choc milk in it to make it less hot!
I went down a pound today and I am loving it! I know that it has to do with the eating. I know that if I just cut down my calorie intake and overeating at night...that I will see a difference on the scale was well in my clothes...but sticking to it each day is very hard, since I am not working still and at home..with all the temptation!
