Winter Term SMART goals
#1.) Protein shakes for lunch Monday-Friday.
#2.) Meditate and prayer 10 minutes/day.
#3.) Stretch 10 minutes/day.
SMART goal #1 was about reinventing my lunch break on work days. At this time in my life that was the time of the day where my eating habits were out of control. I'm glad to report that on most days I enjoy my protein shake. My calorie intake at lunch has gone from 850-900 to 290. It is really showing up on the scale!! FINAL GRADE...B
SMART goal #2 was about emotional health. Winter is tough in Minnesota. The days are short and we don't see much of the sun. Prayer and meditation helped my inner sun shine. FINAL GRADE...B
SMART goal #3 There is nothing better than a good stretch. This goal was very attainable for me. I love to stretch! FINAL GRADE...B
Wrap these three SMART goals together and what do I have? A Gryffindor who made it through a MN winter feeling sunnier. A Gryffindor who is continually getting more flexible. But, best of all, a Gryffindor who has lost 13 pounds!!
