On holiday!

Yaaay, I'm now on holiday until next Tuesday. Bliss.

So far I've managed 2 days of couch to 5k and will complete my first week tomorrow.
Eating healthily has been a bit sporadic, need to make a better effort to structure my eating and eat less sugar / chocolate.

Got to keep going!
