I have been using the nutrition tracker faithfully, but I am having a hard time meeting my daily quota of Fats. I know I got more than my fair share of fats prior to joining spark people, but now that i'm eating healthier, I am looking for suggestions of healthy fats to get in a day.     Some days I make it, some days I don't. Sometimes over a week, it averages out.
