Since I've started working out every day, my body is doing all sorts of weird things. I get a lot of snapping and crackling when I stretch. It's not painful, but it's interesting to hear. I'm not sure how i feel about it though, so I have an appointment with a doctor next week to figure out if I've done some damage somehow.
Maybe it's just the whole being sedentary for so long that was the damage, and now that I'm out and up and about, it's just the wrong going and righting itself.
I feel awesome though, so there you go.
