Crab salad and the awesomest workout machine evah!

So I managed to kick my butt all the way to the gym this morning.
The unexpected surprise...it was still mad crowded at 10am in the morning...I was expecting all of the little old ladies...but I didn't count on all of the stay at home moms who go then too! Wowzah!
So my cross trainer was definitely in use
and I wanted to get to my office so I could be somewhat productive.
(For those of you who don't know me, I'm a full time photographer so I can go into work at my own leisure)
Instead of getting frustrated and just going to work I opted to try a new machine...what a blessing in disguise! I wish I could remember the name of it, but it was a cross between a stepper & elliptical. Very interested and it made me sweat like no other machine so far! Another bonus, my feet didn't fall asleep either! I was having some issues with the elliptical and that's why I switched to the cross trainer. Apparently my cause was running on my toes too much so I now focus on making sure the heal takes most of the impact.
I didn't get to my abs or do my squats this morning because I was in a hurry to get back here. I'm hoping I'll have the motivation to do them at home before I document my cooking experiment! (Stay tuned to my VLOG for that tomorrow!)
Speaking of cooking experiments...I'm just full of them today! I made a delicious crab salad for lunch! I'm chomping down on it right now! mmm! Mmm! MMM!
Here's the recipe, the secret is the fresh mint!
(Portions to your own needs & taste)
Lump crab meat
A pinch of garlic powder
Fresh mint leaves
Mix together to taste and place on a bed of fresh salad greens
A delicious protein filled lunch! YUM!
P.S. LOST 2lbs even after carbing it out last weekend! Woohoo! I'm on my way!
