Exercise beat ZOLOFT!

I read this in an article and had to post a blog.



Exercise is more potent than drugs.

Three times a week at least 30 minutes each time - it's proven to beat Zoloft! Exercise produces its own drugs, naturally, and they are more potent and a whole lot healthier than the kind that come from the store.

    I'm trying to wean myself off of Zoloft so I am happy to read this. Will make a point to exercise at least 30 minutes 3x a week. Thanks!

    That's one of the huge changes I've noticed after months of regular exercise - I feel great! I still get the odd bout of depression, but it's a very foreign feeling instead of being 'normal'.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that anti-depressents were available to help me at my worst (and I probably wouldn't have been able to find the motivation to turn my health around without them), but it's nice to let my body's own natural drugs do all the work. I'll take the treadmill over pills any day.
