Well, yesterday was my "Get Back On Track Day" and I did pretty good. I got in 2 really good workouts, and my eating was pretty good and within calorie range!!
b- fiber one bar, coffee
l- omelette (2 egg whites, 1 egg), w/1 pc lean ham green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a tiny bit of shredded cheese
s- pretzels, diet soda
s- 1 c froot loops (was craving something sweet and I gave up sweets for Lent)
d- P90X recovery drink, 1 pc white bread w/2 1/2 pc of thin sliced lean salami
water- 67 oz
Gratitude- I'm grateful that I was able to get up the energy to do my workouts. I was able to make it through a turbo fire workout!!
I was happy to see the scale moving back down this morning.... now, to stay on track!!
