5k Wk 1 day 2

So today is day 2, I actually feel a tiny bit achy from day 1 and yesterdays cross training, but I guess that means my muscles are being made to work.
I had planned to get my run/ walk in this morning but then I decided if I wait until I get home from work it will be dark and less people will see.
Ok so I have to get that insecurity, who cares if I look dumb at least im trying. I wont look so dumb when I a size 10 ...
EDITED to say its done ! in the sexond repeat I even ran a little longer than the specified 1 minutes and shorten my break So I am feeling positive about getting the final day of week one done and moving up to the next level.
