OMGosh look at me. I look HORRID!! I didn't want to skip making a video so I had to do it before I got ready for the day... EWWWWWW...

So it's about 3:30 pm here now and I ain't gonna lie, I am HUNGRY!!!! But I feel like I can conquer this. I'm ok and I've got my workout in. Probably walk a little later!!

My starting weight as of today is 352.5... YUCK!!!!!!

Honestly, some of these cleanses scare me... I have had friends who have done different cleanses and have really messed up their digestive systems :o( I will be watching how things go with you - please be careful and listen to your body!

    Good luck with the MC! I did it twice and had great results. I'm not saying it's the easiest thing in the world, but I think it was worth the small amount of suffering...haha. I originally did it to detox when I decided to switch to a vegan diet. It really helped me break my sugar and caffeine habits. I would try not to take any meds to help with the withdrawals, try to add more water instead, that should help with the headaches.
