I told you that my Stair Step Machine died. I found the manual that came with it and waited until their stated business hours to contact them.
Their phone was answered after 3 rings by a real person. I stated the reason for my call. The pleasant voiced lady asked me what the part number is. I told her 12. She replied "the cable." I said "yes, does that have the screw eyes attached", she replied, "Yes, that will be $8 plus $4.60 shipping". I said, "Do you take ****** credit card?" She said, "yes" asked for the number and said, "That will ship today". I was never put on hold, never had to push buttons to get to another department, was never transferred to another person. The whole thing was handled professionally, quickly, efficiently and with courtesy! Now, that's what I call amazing!
