I have been writing regularly about the earthquake and its aftermath here in Tokyo on my blog, but I thought that this particular post deserved a mention here.
On Friday I went to my first group exercise class since the earthquake hit exactly one week before. It was a very cathartic, memorable experience for me. It really reminded me that exercise is not only essential for what it does for you physically, but also what it does for you mentally.
