I broke it! :)

Monday, March 21, 2011

Well, I finally broke my little weight loss plateau that I have been on. I have been working out like crazy, and it is finally showing on my darned ole scale! I am going to try and go to the gym everyday this week (before I get home from work), since my kids are home this week. Anything that we do during the day outdoors, will just be an added bonus! I have been eating a lot of salad, which I had started steering away from, but with it getting nice, that's what I have been craving! Fine with me! I love this weather that we are having, and it works for me, knowing that the kids will be home this week! Going to take full advantage of it!! Starting to lose my voice again, but at least I don't have the sickness to go along with it! !! emoticon

Hope you all have a superb Monday! I am going to the gym, and then we shall see what the day brings in the outdoors! emoticon emoticon
