Wish I Hadn't Eaten That...

The last few days have been a series of, "Wish I hadn't eaten that" moments... My appetite has been out of control and I really need to get a grip. I leave for my trip in less than 3 weeks. I should have lost 10 pounds by now but I am only down about 5 and who knows what the scale will say tomorrow... I don't even want to get on it... SOOOOOOO..... Tomorrow I refocus and get back on track. The only positive thing I can say about the last few days is that I did still exercise. In fact, I bought a Dance Workout game for the Wii. I tried it out today and even though I suck, I had fun. Tomorrow I focus and buckle down and lose at least 3 more pounds before I leave on vacation. I know I can do it - I believe in myself!!

    Man we are not having good weeks are we! I am in the same boat with you. I feel like I watch what I eat...I am not perfect I have some things that I shouldnt have been I know in the overall scheme of things that I am doing good and that eventually it will show whether on the scale or in my clothes. So.....keep up the good work, take the downfalls just like we take the upsides of things. We can do this and we will do it the right way! I got your back!!!!
