    Sounds great! I always do so much better when I have a menu plan laid out ahead of time. Meal planning seems to be my key to success. When I don't plan, I reach for quick solutions that are not nearly as healthy.

Looks like you are ready to start ! Wonderful.
Questions: What is Probiotic Yakult? I looked online and it is some sort of a drink, I think? Where do you get it? What does it taste like? Have you had it before?

Are you making the chicken vegetable soup recipe from the book?

Are you starting your day with the hot lemon water?

I'm all ready to start too. I like your idea of posting your meal plan.
