I woke up late so breakfast & lunch were more like brunch :/ I ended up having a bowl of cereal and a banana.. I used soy milk instead of my usual almond milk to increase the calories a bit...
Lunch was a favorite of mine! another one of those falafel wraps I talked about a few posts down.. soooooooo delicious!
Dinner was a repeat of green tempeh curry...
Snack was simply a cup of tea with some agave sweetener
I'm still hooping for most of my exercise.. it seems to work well and this week I am learning knee hooping!
