A good week!

I had my weigh in at WW at 103rd and State Line yesterday(March 20th). I had a loss of 5.4lbs. since last week!
I have to say that tracking my food, and a lot of extra activity is what did it. Plus, I have been on a plateau since Thanksgiving, gaining and losing the same pound or two over and over. Last week, I posted the first significant weight loss since the holidays (minus 1.8lbs), and quite a bit more yesterday.
I had a person move out of one of my rental properties last week, and I have been working in the house on my days off 12-13 hours a day painting, repairing, cleaning, scrubbing floors, etc. Also I have been going over to work on the house after I get off work at the hospital. I recorded most of my favorite tv shows, so I can watch them today. I must have burnt a lot more calories than I do when I walk a couple of miles at a time, doing all that work, which explains my big loss.
I just hope that I can maintain the loss, and lose some more this week. Usually, if I post a big loss, I gain part of it back the following week. I hope I donít do that this time.
So far, down 54.6lbs. since last May. Between 50-70 more to go, depending on what I look like at that point.
