I've joined a SPARK challenge! 5K your way walk/jogg
I did my first workout on Friday and it went well, although I was having problems with Runkeeper pro... ah well!
I had to run 1 minute and then walk 4 minutes. I also walked another half an hour through the icy and rainy weather and in the evening after dinner I've walked another 30 min with my bf. Yesterday I only walked a little bit (half an hour) and it was rainy...
Today it's sunny for the first time (despite it still being cold) and I'm off for a hike. Will also do my jogg training when back from that... And then it's university stuff for the rest of the day...
No rest for the wicked ey?
ps: I've been crying daily lately, my depression gets to me at times, but running really helps me! Anyone having the same experience?
