Yesterday I went to the temple to help bake desserts for the Sisterhood shabbat next weekend. It was great fun, a bunch of women in the kitchen baking and laughing and just having a great time. I made two pumpkin breads and two marble cakes.
I came home and Bob and I decided to go to a movie. We went to see "Lincoln Lawyer". Its with Mathew MaConhegy and Marisa Tommai. It was a good movie and recommend everyone seeing it. He is a lawyer who doesn't have an office but works out his car which is a Lincoln Town car. So now you understand the title of the movie. It has a twist to the ending so stay for the entire movie.'
This morning I went to temple for services and tonite I went back for closing sabbath prayers and the reading of the Miglliah which is the story of Esther. It is traditional to wear costumes like on Halloween. I wore an east Indian sari which was lent to me by a friend. It was just beautiful. We did a play around the reading of the story and it was great fun. Lots of kids running around and great participation from the parents and congregational family.
I just finished my latest book and now I will watch a little TV and start on another book
