Well, a lot has happened since my last post. I have changed careers and thus, lost my gym membership. I have finally gotten my insurance paperwork completed at my new job and will be starting a new gym membership that is complimentary with the insurance. I plan on looking at the schedules for the various gym locations and planning to workout whenever I can. I want to start burning those calories and lowering my cholesterol. I don't have as much time to work with my support group as they are thirty miles to the north and my work schedule doesn't allow me to get up there when I need to. I hope to make new friends at the new gym to keep my fitness focused and positively motivated. Cheers!
