It's Saturday 11:30 AM. I'm bored and milling around the kitchen thinking about eating. I have my lunch planned and have already had my planned snack. I took a glucomannan capsule and drank a boatload of water but I'm still thinking about eating, so I thought I'd make 'to-do' list of stuff I can do instead of eating!
Active:
*Play my fiddle
*Do a 10 minute Spark workout
*Pick up a room (not the kitchen!)
*Do some laundry
Sedentary:
*Plan tomorrow's food and activity
*Update my goals
*Write an email to a friend
*Look for a song on the internet
*Shop for fitness clothing
*Catch up with my kids
Finally, if I really just HAVE to eat something...
a no calorie food:
*bouillion
*cup of tea
*unsweetened cold tea
*flavored soda water
a low calorie food
*an espresso (herbal or reg) with non-fat milk and stevia
*apple
*V-8 juice
*celery stalk
*a few carrot sticks
