From today's SP thought: "Setting goals is easy. The tough part is putting time and hard work into realizing those dreams. The energy you are willing to put forth to reach your dreams is directly related to the probability of achieving them. Above all, be patient with the situation and with yourself. Don't lose your way by being blinded by disappointment, frustrations, and failures." . . . .

I have a hard time not thinking to far ahead of myself. I am going to set my goals, but for one day at a time. Each day I can reach a goal. Each day will matter to me. Each day is all I can do today! I am not going to think about next week or 2 months down the road. I can only do today!

    Agreed, one day at a time. Try to make better choices and be more active today, don't put it off, because we just don't know what tomorrow may bring.

    All we have is today...this hour, minute, second...all else is uncertain...

    I try to make easy attainable goals for the future and harder goals for the day! I am learning not to "beat myself up" If a don't exercise enough or eat a little to much one day. I am learning to forgive myself and try to be better tomorrow. It seems to help.
