Doubly Blessed

I've been under some stress lately. Hoping things will swing back to good soon.

Anyway, last night I went to an Irish Pub to celebrate St. Patrick's day. Lot's of fun just to have some laughs and listen to good music in a jovial crowd. I didn't stay in my calorie range (I gave myself permision before hand) but I am now back in the groove again today.

And it got into the high 60's here and I had the day off today!!! Yeah Spring! I went on a 2 plus mile walk/jog and then later a leisurly 1 mile walk. Just lovely.

I had two great stress relievers that were badly needed. Feeling doubly blessed today.

    That is great that you were able to give yourself that night and back on course! And we did have great weather for walking and you took advantage of that...awesome! emoticon

This is the BEST thing you could do for yourself: Give yourself a night of no guilt pleasure, relaxing and refueling exercise, and put yourself back on your plan. This is how life should work, an you're living it.
