This weekend is chock-full of social events - yay!
Seeing people I care about recharges my sense of well-being.
However, all of these events involve food, which I am handling better, but have a long way to go. Blogging about the anxiety it causes me to "face the brunch buffet" responsibly is the first step, right?
I've planned ahead this week and will indulge a bit, but will remember that there will be more rich food in the future, and a little can go a long way to satisfy me. (Also, I honestly don't like the feeling of being over-full, so I need to remember that, as well.
