    Hi Judith63 here-don't know about blogging-new to computers-older generation-not very digital but I have been exercising to music for 20 years-60's rockandroll-latin-island music and Christian music- I have tons of CDs-most timed to a walking beat-fast and slow-I use a tiny trampoline to dance on and I love Leslie Sansone walking to music or I just turn on cable music channels and start dancing. My weight problem is from hand to mouth exercise-that I have to control!!!!! judy
