I am doing the Spark walking 5K . I have done my training and now all I need to do is walk the 3.1 miles. I actually have already done this, but not officially!! I hope to do that on Sunday!!!!

I know you can do it.Looking forward to an update on your 5K walk.Thanks for letting me know how far 5K is.I should have signed up for it but wasn't sure how far it was.We have had such cold and wintry weather that yesterday was the first day that I got outside and walked.I've been doing lots of walking with my Wii Walk It Out walking game.
