    Thank you! This was a great article! Just took a few moments to read it, and WOW It WAS SO WORTH IT! Now.....programing my brain into: "MUST RETAIN & INCORPORATE DAILY" mode. emoticon emoticon

Only Two-Three of the suggestions "might" be difficult for me to actually succeed with. Here's what they are, and why....

1) Green Tea~ hot or cold..... emoticon emoticon THAT'S AN OHHH NOOOOO FACE, FOLLOWED BY A "HURL" FACE....(chuckling). Will give it my best shot though~ gag, choke, plug my nose and JUST DO IT!

2) Oh heavens I forgot what #2 was, when I added that there might be three, after having typed that the first time.....Seeeee??? MUST PROGRAM MY BRAIN! HA!

3) The exercise spurts, and weight lifting parts of the article....are a serious no-no for me at this point in my life. 9 months post sleep walking fall with spinal cord damage extensive. Still in P.T. and noooo exercise there either. My list of specialists is ENDLESS, AND THEY ARE ARE TELLING ME NO WAYYYY NO WAYYYY TO EXERCISE. Not good....because from the age of 12 I've been an exercise addict~no matter what weight I've been at. 365 my all time high. Pre-accident I'd gotten 178, and nowwww GULP I'm back up to 230....(hopefully not "and counting!")

Oh yeahhh..... #2 WAS.....Early to bed! Belly laugh.....haven't always been a "night owl," but am such a horrible SLEEP WALKER that I stay up as LATE/WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING...IN HOPES OF BEING SO EL-POOP-O-ED that I just flat ZONK & STAY PUT FOR A FEW HOURS AS OPPOSED TO WANDERING AROUND AND SENDING OUT MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT MESSAGES/POSTS WITHOUT ANY RECOLLECTION OF HAVING DONE SO! LOL Glad my SLEEP WALKING personality is just this "wide awake one." emoticon emoticon emoticon
