"Run when you can, walk when you have to, crawl if you must just never give up."
Plans are individually made, and sometime life throws a curve ball that demands an adjustment. An adjustment does not mean not doing anything at all. There's a lot of ways to workout, and meet the dietary requirements. Don't stop mixing it up...stay flexible and who knows you just might find another keeper to add to the list.
