It's in the 50's again today, but feels colder than yesterday; it's windy and we haven't had much sun today. I didn't go out for a walk today because with the wind it would be too easy for me to end up with a sinus headache. My hip is feeling better today, but I thought I still shouldn't push it with doing a cardio workout today, so I worked out with my stability ball instead.

I forgot to mention something in my blog yesterday. When I was going into my oncologist's office Tuesday, I noticed a woman wearing one of the chemo hats that I had made and donated to the cancer resource center here a long time ago; it made me feel good to see her wearing that!
