Tried a new recipe last night for Black Quinoa Blueberry Pudding. Of course I had to make it my own, I used sugar substitue for 1/4 C of honey and added an egg for the creamer texture. Also the original recipe called for soy milk which I don't care for. I posted my recipe on Spark Recipes if you'd like to try it. It was yummy for breakfast. I try to keep my carbs at under 30 g per meal, so it works for me on my version of a low carb diet.
