Yesterday I successfully ate well, and didn't even notice. I had heard somewhere that if you do something for 28 days that eventually you develop a habit...I wonder if this is true of eating healthy?
I had a delicious food day too, I didn't hold back or anything - I just made smart choices in food and serving size.
And I felt wonderful...I had a great big bowl of Pho for lunch, and it hit all the right spots because I was beginning to get a cold but it cleared me out just right! And it left me feeling cleansed for the day. It does wonders, I recommend it to EVERYONE!
Then, I came home and had just a small bowl of Salsa Chicken Slowcooker and it satisfied me. My big ol' belly must be getting smaller and smaller by the day :).
I even had a 100 calorie brownie bite bag for dessert to hit in all the right places of my sweet tooth.
So, now on to the next 28 days and keeping up this healthy habit!!
