Master Cleanse - Lemon Maple Syrup Cayenne Pepper Diet

I went on the master cleanse detox diet for 7 days about two weeks ago. I lost about 12 lbs. I have since gain back 3 lbs. I think because I didn't follow any of the steps Stanley Burroughs outline in the The Master Cleanser book. I hardly drank the salt water flush or the herbal laxative tea. The taste is disgusting. I did drink the lemonade concoction daily for 7 days straight. I only cheated twice - chewed a piece of gum and had a piece of candy. There is also a ease-in and ease-out process which I skipped over. I did the cleanse in 2008 and lost 20lbs. That's probably because I did it the right way back then. If anyone wants to start the cleanse there are several sites that you can Google. You can fast for 3-40 days on the master cleanse. Most people go for 7-10 days. The Master Cleanse is a great way to jump start a new diet regiment.

*Master Cleanse Lemonade Recipe (single serving):
2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)
2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not the commercial maple flavored syrup you use on pancakes)
1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
10 oz of distilled water

*Salt Water Flush Recipe
1 teaspoon of Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Epsom Salt
25-35 ounces of water

    Make sure you stay hydrated, lots and i mean LOTS of water. Amazing weight loss results, but I had a hiccup because of my blood pressure, my advice, listen to your body and drink as much water as you can stomach! Blessings everyone in new health!

    I'm starting this today. My goal is to get rid of these terrible cravings and kill the bad toxins in my body.......I really want to crave healthy foods again and start losing weight the RIGHT WAY without struggling so much.

    Just last night, I created a pdf document of photos of food sources such as cayenne peppers, ice water with citrus twist, black coffee all food sources that I find palatable and known to be effective in weight lost. About two years ago, 2009 ended my voyage with drinking my cofffee made from cayenne peppers. You talk about a shot, and a body fat burning catalyst and body heat installater all in one. I'll be happy to get back on that vogage. Hey, I am glad I stopped by and was reminded of "My Cayenne Voyage". It behooves me to try and gather the ingredients for another voyage.

    I'm doing this now! Today is my day 1, I'm definitely going to ease out of it. I'm using it as a way to hit restart on my eating habits and slowly reintroduce healthy choices, leaving all the junk behind.
