Finally Catching On

I didn't think too much about it. I didn't think all day about food. I had a decent breakfast this morning and during my tennis round robin felt a little shaky. I decided to go into the gym and get whatever snack they had available to stabilize my blood sugar and /or give me some energy. Bought a Luna Bar (never had one - didn't stress about it being 170 calories - just knew I needed to eat something). I ate one serving of leftovers from last night's dinner for lunch and a banana. Snacked on some M&M's at my mom's house and didn't feel bad about it. Ate cereal and milk for dinner with a tangerine and decided to record everything - and wishing I hadn't eaten the M&M's. GUESS WHAT? I met all my goals!!!! I was in calorie range as well as carbohydrate, protein and fat range!!! Wow - I'm finally catching on....one day at a time...
