Well, went over on calories today...but just by 24 calories. So..who knows...maybe when I get home I'll do even just a little bit of cardio to try and work that off. Or...not. LOL. I still do plan on doing my 50 crunches, 50 push-ups and 50 squats. I know SP doesn't actually report the calories burned doing strength exercises, but I'm thinking it's gotta be at least 24 calories.
Come to think of it, why DOESN'T SP count strength training as calories burned? I don't get that!
