Think of all the wonderful memories that she brought to your life and celebrate hers.

Unfortunately, being a pet owner requires those tough, but necessary decisions. I've had to do it twice and it was so sad each time. Remembering the good times with my dogs helped me redirect my focus to the positive times...and there were so many.

Give yourself some time...it does heal many wounds emoticon

Oh Jean, I'm so sorry! No, I don't think we ever get over it? I have become hypersensitive to ever little issue with the Paw-Babies ever since... My Boomer had a Nasal Polyp, I'd asked and believed all the Vets about his extreme snoring and sometimes choking sounds- they all assured me without an EXAM of his head that it was allergies. By the time he started to struggle to breathe at night yr's later- it was too late. I still blame myself for not insisting for further exams and testings. But researched showed we would never have been able to afford the dangerous surgery. Still- I miss him and his loving supportive nature. But if like me- your heart is always open to the loving needs of the Rescued Ones? You'll find another or IT will find U when the time is right. HUGS!

I am soo sorry for your loss Lynn, the Shetlands and I are saddened at the loss of Bella. I know you're sad, it must of been the hardest decision you have ever had to make, and I cant imagine what you must be going through right now.
Remember her for all her good times, and all the joys that you shared. Let that be a comfort to you at this sad time. Find strength in your family and friends, and remember time heals all wounds. If you need me I am here. * HUGGG* emoticon emoticon emoticon

Awww... so sorry for your loss. Pets are definitely like members of your family. I dread the day we lose our ZOE. But, like all wounds, time does heal. You will get through this. Remember her in her healthy days. emoticon
