To be Sick or Not! That is the Question ????

Setting at my desk with all my clothes on and a jacket feeling half sick. Trying to decide if it is worth it to try and workout anyway or if to take the day off and rest my body. emoticon

The more I set and Wonder the more I am thinking about going for it, but I know if I do and feel worst later my Wife will Kill me and is that Worth it emoticon?

Have not yet figured at the answer yet, will ponder some more and then will more then likely seek in some type of work out, some how.

    Good morning. First of all, I hope you feel better. Second, the rule of thumb as to whether or not to workout while sick is whether or not (1) you have a fever and (2) if you have congestion in your chest which could affect your lungs/breathing. If the answer to either question is a yes, then donít workout.If the answer to both questions is no, then working out is okay and if you can, force yourself to do it. Youíll be glad that you did.

    Might be better to take a day off of exercise or else you might be sick longer. Hope you feel better soon!
