Decided to write a little something today. It's almost 6pm and I just finished doing a 28-day boot camp challenge video for lower body. This is my second time around. I noticed I'm in stage 3 of spark. I'm so glad I was faithful everyday to spin the wheel, track food and do daily exercise. I don't think I could ever go back to not doing any exercise. I swim, walk, do video's and eat properly. I no longer crave sugar. The longer I go, the less I even think about desert. I head for the apples when I have a craving. I also like freezing fresh fruit or buy frozen fruit and eat that for a snack or make a smoothie with low-fat milk or almond milk with the frozen fruit. Yum, it's so good! I lost an inch off my hips and an inch off my bust. I haven't lost in my waist but noticed I am shaped better in the middle. Oh, and I make sure I drink plenty of water. My friends have noticed I've lost weight. I started in January 165lbs. and now I'm 154lbs. It has helped my arthritis and my ankles are no longer swollen!
