I was so excited and motivated yesterday because I had such a great workout on Sunday, but by the time I came home from work it was cold and nasty and I just made excuses not to go work out. I spent time with my hubby instead before we picked up the kids at daycare. I really should have worked out, because my legs are absolutely killing me now and that probably would have made them feel a little better. Has anybody had the front of their legs hurt (it almost feels like the bone that runs in front of my calves). Wierd.
I read a blog on sparkpeople a while back that said a visual of how many pounds lost is a great tool, and they suggested a paperclip chain, using 1 paperclip for each pound. I made that and have it posted right on my board at work. The good news (since I don't want anyone at work knowing that I'm trying to lose weight) is that it's not obvious to everyone else what it is. Great suggestion. Thank you for the idea!
