Ok let's see how good my memory is.
First of all, I know I said I was going to catch up with all of you wonderful sparkers yesterday. That clearly didn't happen. I was SO hungover and came home and laid on my couch...although I did get a kickboxing class in...where I sweated out buckets of alcohol. Just know that I'm constantly reading your guy's blogs and what not on my phone at lunch...it just takes to long to reply on there. Maybe tomorrow night?!?
I'm really happy with how the weekend went. I didn't stress out on Sunday or give into any "hangover food" like I have in the past! And I had a GREAT time with my friends. however...I seriously am getting to old to party until 7:30 in the morning and be productive the next day! Loved every minute of it though!
B: Oatmeal w/milk & blueberries
L: Breakfast burrito
S: a couple of chips
D: 1 piece of lasagna, 1 breadstick, spinach/lettuce salad w/balsamic
LOTS of beer/shots
4 a.m. feast: 1.5 breadsticks, a couple of chips, a couple of strawberries
All in all...not terrible!
L: Subway - 6 inch turkey/ham, pepperjack cheese, all veggies, mustard, southwest sauce
S: Apple, remaining 1/2 of hawaain sandwich from Friday night, med mocha
D: chicken stirfry
B: protein shake - 1 scoop protein, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup fruit, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup oatmeal
L: breakfast burrito, pear
S: 3 servings of almonds (woops), protein shake
D: baked fish, 1 tsp butter, asparagus
Workout: 1 hr zumba, 1 hr bodypump (skipped my workout this morning because I really needed sleep!)
Excited for a rest day tomorrow! I have a chiropractor appointment after work and then I am going to Toby Keiths' Bar for some free line dancing lessons!
