week 3

So just weighed in and weight loss was only .2lbs. I'm feeling down over the small number but I am determined to stick to my diet. Weight loss is so much harder now that I am in my thirties. When I had my first child 10yrs ago I lost the weight within 3months of starting my diet. Now my 2nd child turned 5 and I'm still over 30lbs heavier.
I love how positive this site is and it helps me stay motivated. My husband joining at the same time has been my biggest boost.

Hang in there. It will come off. Looks like you have already lost almost half of your goal weight so you are doing great!

  Keep up the good work hon! We got some good work at the gym and if we keep it going we will see a better shape in the mirror even if the scale doesn't say so. emoticon emoticon emoticon
