Weekend Regret....

I think I suffer from weekend regret. Every Monday I come in weigh in, then stand on the scale contemplating everything I ate and everything I should have avoided.... ugh... today I weighed in and gained 3 lbs. ....crap.

Goal for the week AND weekend.

1. starting the 5k walk/run.
2. log meals in NT and minutes in FT.
3. NO cheating this weekend.
