Since my last blog entry I have survived a lot of changes in my workplace, which continue to cause bumps in the road. I have also been losing inches and weight due to my gym membership and trainer. I am at the gym every weekday at 5:00 AM. I work with a trainer 4 mornings. I do strength training for an hour then abs and cardio. I'm seeing more inches off then pounds, but I'm trying not to get to upset with scale. I have struggled with my nutrition, especially during the holidays, but am back on my trainer's eating regimine and am hoping to stay more dedicated.
