I feel wonderful! My husband and I went camping this weekend.
Since it was just the two of us,we were able to get plenty of exercise. Friday evening we did a little bike riding around the park. Then we danced outdoors to music played by a DJ. Saturday, we went to a quaint restaurant called Cafe des Amis. There was a live zydeco band. While you are there you can just go for the dancing or just eat breakfast or have breakfast and dancing. (We had breakfast and dancing.) We worked off the non-diet breakfast by bike riding (in the wind) and lots of dancing to a live band in the afternoon, also outdoors.
We were both so tired we were asleep by 8:00 PM. We were able to get enough sleep so that the time change did not affect us.
Sunday morning we were able to get in a little more biking before it was time to pack up and head home. Packing,loading and unloading the camper can be a workout in itself.
I must say that exercising outdoors is much more enjoyable than exercising indoors. It really doesn't feel like exercise. All those that say it's best if you have a buddy, know what they are talking about.
We have finished the laundry and are now relaxing. We are looking forward to our next trip.
