Having been sidelined with a knee injury - I am now getting back into the swing of things. And I can hardly wait!
I've been restricted to NO RUNNING (ugh!) for at least 3 months, maybe more. That was my biggest stress relief, so I guess it's time to find another effective stress reliever - besides the Heath Bar Milkshake
