For the past 3 days I have not had any hot chocolate. This is HUGE for me. I don't drink hot/iced coffee or hot tea and hot chocolate is usually what I have in the morning with my breakfast. But just recently I was looking on the flat belly diet meal plan and one of the foods they say to eat in moderation is hot chocolate...ugh! So, I've been trying to substitute my hc with chocolate milk...It's good because then it helps me get more calcium in my system. It is more calories than the hot chocolate, but I can't have everything I guess... emoticon

No big deal...I bought an avocado as that is an item on the list and I hope to use it before it goes bad...That happens so much for me...where I buy all this healthy food and I wait and wait and wait and then it goes bad and I have to throw it out...

I want to start planning meals so that I know what I am making for dinner ahead of time. For the most part I will have the same breakfast and lunch that I have changing it is an issue for me LOL.

***I was so close today to having a cup of hot choc..but I told myself that I've been doing so good lately that...I really wanted to try this not HC for a week..and see how it goes..Before I make any other changes...We'll see...

    You know i have been reading that you should have chocolate milk after a good workout instead of the energy drinks. So you might do that use it as a reward for a good workout. I think it sounds great but keep forgetting to get the chocolate milk. Suppose chocolate ice cream would work?!? Just joshin!

    Also you might think about adding the avocado to soup or as an addition on your sandwich at lunch. Yummy..

    Thanks, DGFOWLER, but I am just trying to get in the habit of not having it now. I think I tried it and didn't like it..I think I still have the box in the cabinet LOL..I normally drink the milk choc w/ marshmallows Nestles hot choc...b/c it is only 80 cals...It's weird but nice not to have it...b/c some times I would have one before bed..and that just wasn't good. That way if I don't have it in my mind that it is an seems to work out better...Course I just got pms on not sure that giving up chocolate at this time is a good idea LOL.

    Nestles makes a low cal hot chocolate that is about 25 - 50 calories.. lots less then the regular... WTG being strong.. Donna
